
Jalapenos – Stuffed, Wrapped, Smoked
Ingredients
- 16-20 Jalapeno peppers
- 8 oz. package of cream cheese
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- 2 Tbsp SWEEETHEAT™ HOMESTYLE SPICES & RUBS: Savory Flavory Medley™
- 1 lb. of thick sliced bacon (cut in half)
- Toothpicks
Instructions
- Cut off the stem of the Jalapeno pepper.
- Cut in half lengthwise, and deseed the Jalapeno pepper.
- Mix the cream cheese, the shredded cheese, the Savory Flavory Medley™ seasoning blend to make the filling.
- Fill the peppers with the cream cheese mixture.
- Wrap with half-piece of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
- Place Jalapeno peppers on smoker and smoke at 250°F for 2.5 hours.
