Jalapenos – Stuffed, Wrapped, Smoked

Jalapenos – Stuffed, Wrapped, Smoked

Ingredients

  • 16-20 Jalapeno peppers
  • 8 oz. package of cream cheese
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese
  • 2 Tbsp SWEEETHEAT™ HOMESTYLE SPICES & RUBS: Savory Flavory Medley™
  • 1 lb. of thick sliced bacon (cut in half)
  • Toothpicks

Instructions

  • Cut off the stem of the Jalapeno pepper.
  • Cut in half lengthwise, and deseed the Jalapeno pepper.
  • Mix the cream cheese, the shredded cheese, the Savory Flavory Medley™ seasoning blend to make the filling.
  • Fill the peppers with the cream cheese mixture.
  • Wrap with half-piece of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
  • Place Jalapeno peppers on smoker and smoke at 250°F for 2.5 hours.
