How do I place an order? How much advance notice do you need?
You can place an order using our order form. Alternatively, you can call us at (215) 821-7665. We require a minimum of 48 hours advance notice for Social Catering orders.
I’m not really sure what or how much to order? Can you help me?
Sure! We welcome the opportunity to help you plan your event. Please call us (215) 821-7665 or fill out our contact form. We will be happy to make recommendations which are sure to make your event a success. As a general rule of thumb, one pound of cooked meat will feed three people.
Do you sell your signature sauces?

Are you flexible at all with your menu and/or pricing?

All of my guests do not eat meat or fish. Do you have vegetarian options?
We have a vegetarian sandwich, Smoked Tofu Bánh mì, which your guests are sure to enjoy. Additionally, we have a Smoked Vegetable Medley which is served over brown rice and seasoned just right—perfect for any occasion.
Do you have a minimum order amount?
We require a minimum order of $ 250 Social Catering but we also understand that there are some situations in which you will not meet that requirement. In that case, please give us a call at (215) 821-7665 to discuss or email us.
Do you have a specific distance to which you deliver and do you charge for delivery?
We do not charge for delivery within the immediate Philadelphia area. We will deliver to locations at a distance for a nominal fee. Please call (215) 821-7665 or email us for more information.
If my plans change, what is your cancellation policy? Specifically, how much in advance do I need to cancel and what is your cancellation charge?
We require notification of cancellation 24 hours ahead of time. Payment will be expected in full if orders are not canceled within this time frame.
Do you provide chafing dishes, sternos, tablecloths, etc.?
